NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

 

WEDNESDAY 26 SEPTEMBER 2012

 

11.00 AM

 

AT THE HUB, 39 TAWA CRES, MANUREWA

 

 

Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of the Manurewa Parenting Hub Inc will be held on Wednesday 26 September 2012 at 11.00 am.

 

According to the Rules of the Society, at this meeting a new Executive will be elected. 

 

Nomination forms and a job description for these positions are available from the Secretary. 

 

Please note that each candidate shall be proposed and seconded in writing by members and the completed nomination must be delivered to the Secretary by noon on Wednesday 19 September 2012.

 

Voting for these positions will take place at the AGM.

 

To be eligible for a position on the Executive the candidate must be a member of the society ie a person who attends the sessions run by the HUB staff.  If you would like to become a member please see the Secretary.

 

All notices of motion must be received by the Secretary before the close of business on 29 August 2012.

 

A light lunch will be provided.

 

NOTE: No staff employed by the society can be a member of the Executive with the exception of the Hub Manager who, by position, is a member of the Executive.
